Goof VR is a virtual reality video game rated Teen (T) by the ESRB. The Game provides an interactive VR experience featuring gameplay, characters, and virtual environments. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Game at any time.

3. Age Requirements

Goof VR is rated Teen (T) and is intended for players ages 13 and older. Users under the age of 13 are not permitted to create an account or play the Game without verifiable parental consent. Users under the age of 18 should review these Terms with a parent or legal guardian.

4. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

When using Goof VR, you agree NOT to:

All content in Goof VR, including but not limited to graphics, characters, music, sound effects, game mechanics, and code, is the property of Goof VR and its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Game content without our prior written consent.

7. Virtual Items and Purchases

The Game may offer virtual items or in-game purchases. All virtual items are licensed, not sold, and remain the property of Goof VR. We reserve the right to manage, modify, or remove virtual items at our discretion. Refunds for in-game purchases are subject to the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.

8. Health and Safety

VR gaming can cause motion sickness, dizziness, eye strain, or discomfort. Please take regular breaks and stop playing if you experience any discomfort. Ensure your play area is clear of obstacles. Goof VR is not responsible for any injuries or health issues resulting from VR gameplay. Always follow the safety guidelines provided by your VR headset manufacturer.

9. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goof VR and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Game, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Game ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms
